This item is backed by us and the factory with a 1 year warranty. If your item fails within 1 year of purchase, send it back to us and we will attempt to repair it. If we are not able to repair it, we will send you a brand new one from stock, and the Manufacturer will send us a replacement.

We've sold more than 100 of these Pens and so far have only had 1 failure. The Pens we sold in 2016 had 4 fail out of 50.
